While we move through the summer of 2021 there is some uncertainty concerning what Rotary can continue to facilitate those human connections Rotary members valued in the past. The principle of "hands meet face to face" is going to be a key element of our routine however, it is evident that there's an increase in optimism and the determination to meet face-to-face. Rotary, however, has evolved. While we are in the summer of 2021, there's a lingering sense of uncertainty about whether our service to society includes the highly valued interpersonal connections that have been enjoyed by Rotary members in previous times. The phrase "hands meet in front of each other" is expected to be an integral part of our routine however, it is clear that there's a rising faith and desire to connect face-to face. Rotary has also changed. Rotary's network creates relationships lasting. The Pandemic was our catalyst to embrace technological advances. We've improved the way we conduct online meetings for our business as well as reintroducing service and social activity with a secure face-to-face setting. To build a vibrant new future, we've taken this opportunity and combined them with our most effective pre-pandemic strategies. A recent Rotary survey revealed that approximately 75% of clubs planned to carry on regular business. This article is available in English.
